Start from Minimum Load

• Plant is operating with 7EA at 50% Load and only one steam turbine is on line.
• The LM 6000’s and second steam turbine have been down less than 12 hrs.
• The 7EA starts increasing load immediately.
• The first LM 6000 starts immediately and the others follow on one minute intervals.
• Steam turbine 1 follows steam production.
• Steam turbine 2 starts 10 min after 7EA begins to ramp.
• Duct burners start immediately after maximum unfired steam production is achieved.
